Anna routinely advises and assists in the energy field and deals with the drafting of technical and commercial contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, PPP, supply) related to plants powered by traditional and renewable sources, as well as procedures for obtaining incentives/benefits and public financing before GSE and ARERA.
Anna has gained experience in public, administrative, and renewable energy law, specializing in the regulation of public contracts, procurement, and publicly held companies, including in the form of in-house providing, as well as institutional relations with political bodies and public administrations.
Anna has achieved significant regulatory experience in assisting supervised entities in financial market law, providing legal advice on investment services, banking and payment services, as well as ESG and FinTech, and, in addition, has assisted in extraordinary securitization and structured finance transactions, assisting domestic and international banks and financial institutions, as well as in corporate and project financing transactions.
Anna has been with the firm since 2025.
Previously, she worked with leading Italian and international law firms, including Ashurst LLP.
