Cecilia has gained experience in M&A transactions, assisting with legal due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of investment and joint venture agreements, as well as in the context of ordinary business operations, always with a focus on corporate law and commercial contracting issues.
Cecilia joined LCA in 2024.
Previously – starting from 2016 – she collaborated with Pedersoli Studio Legale, mainly in the corporate and M&A practice area.
In 2016, she carried out a 3-months internship at Clifford Chance law firm, Milan office.
