SARA MORO AS LECTURER IN THE CYCLE OF SEMINARS OF COMMERCIAL LAW

On Friday March 18, 2016 the lawyer Sara Moro will participate as lecturer in the first of three seminars on commercial law organised by the study commission of commercial and civil law created by the association of Chartered Accountants and Fiscal Advisors of Treviso. The seminar will concern “CONTRACTUAL SOLUTIONS FOR CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT”. In particular, the speakers will focus on “how to create contractual models and schemes as strategic leverages in the corporate development”. Moreover, during the meeting one of the guests will illustrate the experience of MANAI S.R.L as case history.
