    Alessia has gained experience in M&A and investment transactions, and she advises listed and non-listed companies with respect to all corporate law and corporate governance issues.
    Alessia assists various companies (i.e., start-ups, web communication and marketing agencies) operating in the new media, Internet, software, e-commerce, digital marketing and IT services fields with specific focus on all privacy issues, communication, advertisement, prize competitions, promotional campaigns and IP matters.
    Alessia also specializes in immigration law and global immigration through assisting national and international clients with respect to all corporate immigration issues and citizenship right matters with particular reference to inbound and outbound transfers of managers and highly-qualified employees to and from Italy, through obtaining intracompany work permits, EU Blue Cards or other authorizations governed by the relevant national and/or EU law.

    Alessia joined the Law Firm in 2011.

    Alessia attended the Sixth International Mediation Competition at the Paris ICC, an international negotiation and mediation competition.
    Alessia also took part to the CHIPSI – China Intellectual Property Summer Institute in Beijing, organized by the Franklin Pierce Law Center of New Hampshire, by the Tsinghua University Law School and the University of Milan.
    Alessia speaks at seminars and webinars on prize competition and corporate immigration legal matters. Alessia is co-author together with Benedetto Lonato of the Italian chapter of The Corporate Immigration Review 2014 published by Law Business Research in cooperation with IBA International Bar Association.
