Tiziana specializes in civil and arbitration litigation, mainly with respect to commercial and contractual law issues through the assistance of national and foreign companies active in various business sectors (e.g., oil, chemical, educational publishing, and construction). Tiziana has also ample experience in bankruptcy procedures, labor litigation with particular reference to agency contacts and enforcement procedures.
Tiziana specializes in company administrative liability pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. She, therefore, carries out risk analysis and the organizational model drafting. Finally, Tiziana advises and assists Surveillance Boards and holds training sessions for the adoption and implementation of organizational models.
Tiziana has even advised in extrajudicial matters for both national and international companies, with particular focus on commercial and contractual matters. Tiziana has a deep understanding of all aspects connected to environmental law specifically related to the cleaning of polluted sites and the health and safety procedures in workplace.
Tiziana joined the Law Firm in 2004.
Before joining the Law Firm, Tiziana worked in Milan-based law firms by dealing with consumer protection, finance and insurance law. Tiziana is also a member of the Surveillance Board of various companies. From 2010 to 2012, Tiziana was a member of the Surveillance Board of Expo 2015 S.p.A.
