Riccardo has over thirty years’ experience assisting Italian and international multinational companies in the criminal protection of intangible assets, with particular focus on the enforcement of industrial property rights, know-how and trade secrets.
In the same field, he designs and oversees anti-counterfeiting and brand protection strategies, both in judicial and out-of-court proceedings, and regularly liaises with judicial authorities and law enforcement agencies.
He has also developed significant expertise in Made in Italy protection, having advised clients since the earliest cases examined by the Italian Supreme Court in relation to the criminal enforcement of product origin and authenticity.
Before joining LCA, Riccardo was the founder and managing partner of the boutique law firm Castiglioni Marchetti Le Divelec.
