Paolo provides assistance to managers and professionals in criminal proceedings concerning tax and bankruptcy crimes and other offences against the public administration. He gained significant experience in environmental crimes and worker safety offenses.
Paolo also advises companies for the adoption and the implementation of organization, management and controls pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, as well as for corporate compliance and corporate investigations.
Paolo joined the Law Firm in 2019 after having spent five years in a leading Italian criminal law boutique, the last of which he was a junior partner.
