Osvaldo is developing skills in corporate law, mainly performing extrajudicial activities.
He collaborates with the firm’s professionals dealing with corporate law, financial markets law, M&A, private equity, commercial contracts, and ordinary corporate assistance, assisting both domestic and international clients.
Since November 2023, he has been a PhD Candidate in corporate law at the Mercatorum University of Rome.
Osvaldo joined the firm in January 2023.
Previously, he worked with the Law Firm Gianni & Origoni.
