Mirko has acquired extensive experience in administrative law, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters.
Mirko usually advises and assists in the energy field and deals with the drafting of contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, PPP, supply) and authorization profiles related to the construction of plants powered by renewable sources, as well as procedures for obtaining incentives/benefits and public financing before GSE and ARERA.
Mirko has achieved significant experience in public procurement, both in the ordinary and special sectors identified by the Public Contracts Code.
Mirko has been with the firm since 2024. Previously, he has collaborated with leading law firms, including Valaguzza Law Firm and PwC TLS in Milan.
