Margherita deals primarily with over-indebtedness procedures and collaborates with professionals assisting debtors in crisis settlement procedures caused by over-indebtedness. She also supports receivers and liquidators appointed by the Court in insolvency proceedings.
Thanks to her previous professional experience, she also works with the civil litigation team of the Law Firm.
Margherita joined the Firm in June, 2019.
Previously, she worked for a Milan-based law firm where she primarily dealt with civil litigation.
