Lucilla is developing specific skills in the field of customs law.
She carries out jurisprudential research on sector legislation and she collaborates with the Firm’s team in providing advice to companies on import and export control and in assisting customers in terms of classification, preferential and non-preferential origin, and customs value of the goods.
She also delas with transactions relevant for VAT and excise purposes, harmonized and not.
She is the author of several publications in the main specialized journals.
Lucilla has been a member of the Firm since November 2022.
