Laura is developing specific expertise in commercial and corporate law, working with the firm’s Corporate department. She primarily focuses on legal advisory services for businesses, particularly in the areas of M&A transactions, corporate governance, and the drafting of commercial agreements.
She also supports companies in capital markets transactions, including securities offerings, stock exchange listings, capital increases, and other extraordinary corporate transactions involving listed companies.
Laura joined the firm in October 2024.
Before that, she gained legal experience at a Los Angeles law firm, where she primarily handled civil litigation matters.
