Giangiacomo regularly assists national and international clients operating in the industrial and commercial sectors, working closely with entrepreneurs and top management in handling critical aspects of corporate life. His practice particularly focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and national and international commercial deals, as well as on corporate law and corporate governance matters.
He is also active in the real estate sector, advising institutional and private investors, construction companies and developers, real estate investment funds, facility and property management companies, and family offices – both Italian and foreign – throughout all stages of a property’s lifecycle: from due diligence to sale and purchase (whether structured as share deals or asset deals), from construction to management, and up to the exit.
In addition, Giangiacomo has developed solid experience in advising private clients, particularly in wealth planning, family asset protection and succession, and the structuring of fiduciary vehicles and trusts. He regularly assists HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and family offices in wealth reorganization and governance matters.
