Erica works with the Firm’s shipping and transports department, mainly providing both judicial and non-litigation assistance in the shipping and yachting sector in favor of ship owners, P&I Clubs, marine insurers (H&M and Cargo), terminal operators, shipping agencies, freight forwarding firms, banks and leasing companies.
She also provides assistance in the field of shipping finance and sale and purchase deals.
