Elisa has been with the Firm since 2021 and, over the years, has been gaining substantial experience in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on cross-border disputes. She provides assistance both in pre-litigation and litigation phases, handling the drafting of legal opinions, pleadings, and defense strategies.
She has developed specific expertise in the recognition and enforcement in Italy of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, as well as in the field of private and procedural international law.
During the initial phase of her collaboration with the Firm, she completed a one year-long secondment within the legal department of a multinational company, an experience that allowed her to refine her interpersonal skills and gain valuable insight into corporate management and organizational dynamics from an in-house perspective.
Elisa qualified as a lawyer in 2024. She graduated in Law from the University of Brescia with top marks and holds an LL.M. cum Laude in International and European Business Law from the Belgian university KU Leuven, where she focused in international commercial law, international arbitration and international procedural law.
