Costanza joined LCA in 2021 as HR Manager and she oversees all the HR processes such as performance management, salary review, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, welfare, health and safety, training and learning.
She previously gained experience in the fields of HR and Office Management working in leading Italian law firms.
