Caterina works in the Banking & Finance practice, assisting banks, investment funds, industrial and commercial companies, both national and international, in the structuring, negotiation and executing of financing transactions. In this context, she deals in particular with corporate financing, acquisition financing and real estate financing in favour of both funds and asset management companies. She also deals with debt renegotiation and restructuring transactions.
Caterina has been member of the Law Firm since September 2021. Before joining LCA Law Firm, she worked at Cappelli – RCCD, in the Capital Market department, at Pedersoli Studio Legale, in the Banking & Finance department, and at Assonime – Associazione Società Quotate Italiane.
