Alessandra deals with real estate contracting with particular focus on both public and private procurement contracts, Project Financing and Public-Private Partnerships. Alessandra follows real estate development and urban redevelopment operations with regard to the awarding and execution phase of design and construction contracts, as well as Facility Management and Asset Management services.
Alessandra has held the position of Associate within the Real Estate team since June 2023.
Previously, she collaborated at a Milan law firm in the drafting of tender documents for service contracts and public works.
