Alberto specializes in commercial, corporate, pharmaceutical and regulatory fields. In particular, he assists companies operating in the Life Sciences sector in all stages of drug life, both in judicial and non-litigation activities.
He also provides support in the drafting of commercial agreements (i.e., manufacturing, licensing, supply, and distribution) and legal opinions on compliance and privacy matters.
He has extensive knowledge of business processes and clients’ needs obtained during outsourcing programs for pharmaceutical clients.
He is a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Alberto joined LCA in January, 2021.
He has gained almost 20 years of experience at Franzosi Dal Negro Setti Law Firm in Milan where he was a partner from 2015 to 2020.
