Adele has extensive experience in Italian and EU competition law, particularly in matters relating to cartels, abuse of dominant position, mergers, distribution agreements, online sales, exclusivity agreements, cooperation agreements and joint ventures. She regularly represents Italian and international companies before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission.

She assists clients in antitrust litigation before national administrative and civil courts (in particular in actions for damages arising from antitrust infringements) as well as before the EU Courts. She is also specialised in designing and implementing tailor-made antitrust compliance programmes for companies operating across a wide range of markets.

Adele also advises companies active in the telecommunications and postal services sectors in their dealings with the Italian Communications Authority (AGCom).

Her experience covers a variety of industries, including telecommunications, postal services, banking and insurance, financial and mobility services, luxury goods, food, transport (including air transport and airport services), chemicals, publishing, catering (also in motorway and airport settings) and large-scale retail distribution.

Adele joined the Firm in September 2023.
Previously, she worked with leading Italian law firms – Pappalardo e Associati (later Bonelli Erede Pappalardo) in Brussels and Rome from 1997 to 2007, with a break between 1998 and 1999 in the United States, where she obtained an LL.M. from the University of Michigan – and with Chiomenti Studio Legale in Brussels from 2008 to 2014.

In 2015, she founded a boutique law firm specialising in EU law, competition law and market regulation.
