NICOLA MAFFIOLETTI SPEAKER ON SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENTS

On April 7 and 12, 2016 the lawyer Nicola Maffioletti will attend as speaker the Master on “Shareholders’ Agreements” organised by the Association of Chartered Accountants and Fiscal Advisors of Bergamo. The cycle of seminars, started the last Thursday March 24, will discuss themes such as fiscal and legal due diligence, problems concerning negotiation and binding agreements and the closing and post-closing phases. The seminars will be presented by Andrea Berizzi and moderated by Marco Baschenise, respectively counsellor and president of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Fiscal Advisors of Bergamo.
