LCA assisted Cà Tron S.r.l. and H-Farm S.p.A. in the setting up of a closed end fund for the development of a new city of the innovation within the incubator (that will be named H-Campus), that will become one of the most important technology campuses in Europe. Cattolica Assicurazioni and CDP (Cassa Depositi e Prestiti) Investimenti SGR contributed to the fund, that will be managed by Finanziaria Internazionale Sgr S.p.A., for a total transaction value of 101 M euro.
Finanziaria Internazionale has been assisted by the law firm Molinari & Associati e by CBA for tax aspects, while Cattolica Assicurazioni by the law firm Tax&Law.
The law firm Barel Malvestio e Associati took finally care of all administrative law matters of the transaction.
