LCA, with a team coordinated by Riccardo Massimilla, assisted the group sedApta in the sale to Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A. of Infinity Technology Solutions S.p.A. and the American controlled company sedApta US.
The transaction is strategical for Engineering, that has been a commercial partner of sedApta for a long time, in its acquisition process of companies operating at worldwide level in the IT service and consultancy field. The transaction is strategical also for sedApta, as it will grant to the Group financial resources in order carry out national and international investments on companies with a specific focus on complementary software.
In this regard, LCA, with Riccardo Massimilla and Benedetto Lonato, has at the same time assisted sedApta in the acquisition of the French company OSYS from theGroup Bodet, a company operating in the industrial automation and MES (manufacturing execution system) solutions sector.
