LCA WITH NACANCO IN ITS ACQUISITION BY LOXAM

LCA Law Firm assisted Nacanco, with a team coordinated by Sara Moro for corporate matters, and by Matteo Moretti for tax matters, with the support of Nicola Maffioletti and Emanuela Rollino, in its acquisition by Loxam, an European leader in the equipment rental. Nacanco Group is a leader in Italy in the rental of aerial lifting equipment with 14 branches on the national territory. The closing of the transaction is planned within the end of 2017, subject to some condition precedents.
