LCA Law Firm, with a team composed by Giangiacomo Rocco di Torrepadula and Nicola Maffioletti, assisted Musement, the technological service available in 8 languages to discover and promote touristic experiences, events and activities all over the world, in raising of 10 million dollars, second investment round subscribed by the holding of the Micheli family and by the venture capital funds P101 and 350 Capital Partners.
This new round will allow Musement to further improve the service offered in terms of technological development, to continue the growth process in a wide range of vertical markets to further enlarge their partnerships with some of the biggest organizations of the touristic sector all over the world and to sustain the operative growth of the company, including the opening of new premises in key locations supporting the headquarters in Milan and the recent Spanish branch opened in Barcelona.
