The agreement between the Banks and SELTA, the leading hi-tech company operating, since 1972, in Italy and abroad in the field of information and communications technologies (ICT), was reached in Milan on April 12th, 2017, through three compartments meant for, respectively, network automation in the energy and transportation sector, in telecommunications, and in cybersecurity solutions.
The purpose of the financing agreement is to revamp SELTA within a renovated context of economic, financial and capital strength, aimed at reinforcing its position on the international market.
