Also this year LCA Law Firm proudly sustains the team composed by law students of the University of Pavia involved in the 23rd Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, one of the most important international student competitions in the law field.
The Law Firm, thanks to its experience in litigation and arbitration proceedings, supports as coach the four participants in the competition, guiding them especially in the concrete application of alternative dispute resolution techniques.
On February 20 and 21, 2016 the students took part in the 10th Annual Fordham Vis International Arbitration Pre-Moot at the Fordham University in New York City. They will have further occasions to compare themselves with legal experts coming from all over the world in other meetings, on February 25 and 26 at the law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP and at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of New York, and, finally on March 2 and 4 at the Harvard University and the New York City Bar Association. In this way the team will also have the chance to prepare themselves for the final competition that will take place in Vienna as off March 19, 2016.
