Benedetto Lonato of LCA Law Firm has been invited to take part to the 2017 AILA GLOBAL IMMIGRATION FORUM, organized by the America Immigration Lawyer Association, that will have place in New Orleans from June 20th to June 22th, 2017, as guest speaker on the most recent regulations about Corporate Immigration and Brexit with reference to Italy and Europe.
In particular he will report about new national regulations on intra-company transfers of managers and highly-specialized professionals and on new legal possibilities about the transfer in Italy of investors and high net worth individuals.
