Francesco is a member of the Corporate/M&A department of the Firm since 2021. He assists Italian and foreign clients, with focus on corporate law issues, in both domestic and international commercial contracts and extraordinary transactions.

Before joining LCA, Francesco has collaborated with a leading law firm based in Genoa, assisting Italian and international clients on the whole spectrum of civil, corporate and commercial law gaining, meanwhile, experience in litigation matters, in particular in the banking, insurance, maritime and public procurement fields.
Subsequently, Francesco has joined a leading boutique law firm based in Milan, where he has gained experience in corporate and commercial law, advising the firm’s clients, including private equity funds, in Italian and cross-border transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
