Flavia advises Italian and foreign companies in the field of commercial and corporate law, both in relation to extraordinary transactions, such as Venture Capital or Private Equity investments, acquisitions and sales of shareholdings or businesses, mergers, demergers and joint ventures, and in the day-to-day assistance, dealing with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as with the shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance aspects.
Flavia has also gained experience in criminal law, in particular with reference to corporate crimes.
Flavia joined the Law Firm in 2018.
Previously, Flavia had collaborated with a boutique Law Firm that was also specialized in criminal law.
