LCA Studio Legale announces the launch of its India Desk, a dedicated practice assisting companies, investors and business operators in matters involving Italy and India. Nicola Maffioletti, Matteo Montironi and Marco Novara serve as the Desk’s key points of contact, coordinating its activities and drawing on the Firm’s multidisciplinary expertise.
The Desk builds on LCA’s well-established experience across a broad range of cross-border matters involving strategic sectors including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, logistics, intellectual property and immigration.
