Francesca is a member of the Banking & Finance department and is developing strong expertise in banking and financial law, advising banks, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, SIMs and other types of financial intermediaries.
She is also gaining experience in assisting banks as well as industrial and commercial companies in the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing transactions.
Francesca has been working with the firm since November 2025.
