Martina actively assists Italian and international companies before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission in investigations concerning restrictive agreements, abuse of dominant position, mergers, distribution agreements and State aid, as well as in administrative and civil proceedings.
She also provides advice on antitrust compliance, developing tailor-made programmes for companies operating in various industries, including telecommunications, gas and energy production and distribution, automotive distribution, fashion, and food & beverage.
Martina joined the Firm in January 2024.
Previously, she worked with a leading boutique law firm in Rome specialising in administrative and competition law, after completing her legal traineeship at the Office of the State Attorney General (“Avvocatura Generale dello Stato”) and an internship at CONSOB.
