Virgilio is specialised in insolvency proceedings, corporate crisis resolution and debt restructuring and, more in general, in the area of crisis and insolvency.
In addition, Virgilio deals with litigation involving insolvency proceedings on both in the interest of the Bankrupcty Proceedings and in the interest of his procedural counterparts.
Virgilio joined LCA in 2022.
Previously, he worked for leading Italian law firms, specialising in corporate law, bankruptcy law and corporate crisis law.
He also qualified as a Chartered Accountant, which allowed him to gain significant experience in drafting reorganisation plans.
