Stefano is a Partner in the Corporate department, where he mainly deals with out-of-court advice in the field of M&A. He has significant experience in acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, as well as joint ventures, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
He regularly assists leading Italian and international industrial and financial groups operating in various sectors and industries, providing strategic and operational support in complex transactions.
He joined LCA in 2013. Previously, he had worked with an Italian law firm and a leading US law firm. In 2017, he was seconded as a legal and corporate specialist to a major American chemical and pharmaceutical group.
