Riccardo has extensive experience in M&A, extraordinary financial transactions and corporate matters. He has also expertise in capital market and in the drafting of commercial agreements in the luxury field. He gives assistance to Italian and foreign entrepreneurial groups including in cross-border transactions.
Riccardo joined the Firm in 2019.
Previously, he had worked in the M&A/corporate department of leading Italian and foreign law firms, i.e., BLF Studio Legale, Rödl & Partner and Grande Stevens.
