Olivier assists international clients in relation to M&A and private equity transactions and in the drafting and negotiation of international commercial contracts. He provides legal opinions under French law and Italian law having gained experience in both legal systems.
Olivier joined LCA in 2022.
He previously worked for several national and international law firms in Paris and Milan, including LCA from 2017 to 2018.
