Michela joined the Firm in January 2026 and is part of the Food & Beverage team, where she is developing experience in food and agri-food law. In the course of her work, she supports the team in providing legal assistance to both Italian and international companies, with respect to ongoing advisory matters as well as extraordinary transactions, including M&A operations in the relevant sector.
Prior to joining the Firm, she collaborated with the international law firm DWF LLP and the boutique firm Brescia Miccoli e Associati, where she gained experience in civil litigation and commercial contracts, also assisting in the provision of general legal advice to companies.
