Matteo is part of the YLC Corporate Team and mainly deals with business consulting, commercial contracts and litigation.
He has worked in Italian and foreign law firms, where he developed specialised skills in maritime and corporate law, providing assistance to national and international companies in out-of-court matters, contracts and commercial transactions, as well as in litigation.
Matteo joined the firm in January 2026.
