Martina mainly deals with commercial and company law – both contentious and non-contentious matters – and assists Italian and international clients on M&A and investment transactions; commercial contracts and in corporate governance issues.
She also supports Italian and foreign companies with offers of financial instruments, quotation on the stock exchange, share capital increases and other extraordinary transactions of listed issuers.
Martina joined the Law Firm in September, 2019.
