Kaliroi advises national and international clients on trademark law and intellectual property matters.
She also assists clients in the management of trademark portfolios, liaising with the main competent authorities, including the UIBM – Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the EUIPO – European Union Intellectual Property Office, and WIPO – World Intellectual Property Organization.
Before joining LCA in December 2025, she has collaborated with a law firm specializing in trademarks and patents, focusing in particular on advisory and assistance activities in trademark law, from the preparation and filing of trademark applications – at national, European Union, and international level – to the management of subsequent phases, including official actions, oppositions, defensive briefs, negotiations, and agreements.
Previously, she gained significant experience in corporate advisory and management (company incorporation, administration, and liquidation), contract law, and commercial law, working predominantly with international clients.
She has also acquired many years of professional experience abroad within international corporate environments.
