Giuditta mainly deals with commercial and company law – both contentious and non-contentious matters – and assists Italian and international clients on M&A and investment transactions; commercial contracts and in corporate governance issues.
She also supports Italian and foreign companies with offers of financial instruments, quotation on the stock exchange, share capital increases and other extraordinary transactions of listed issuers.
Giuditta joined the Law Firm in 2016.
Before graduation, Giuditta had worked at the Notary Office Zabban Notari Rampolla. During 2016, Giuditta also did an internship in the legal department of Publicis Groupe (Milan branch), a French multinational company active in the advertising, communication and marketing sector.
