Gabriele assists Italian and foreign companies in Labour Law issues concerning the management of employment relationships, individual and collective dismissals and transfer of undertakings. He also provides legal assistance in all matters relating to Labor Law and Trade Union Law. He advises clients in the day-to-day consultancy on employment, self-employment and Trade Union Law. He finally provides advice in M&A transactions.
Gabriele joined the Firm in 2020.
Previously, he worked for leading Italian law firms, including Ughi e Nunziante Law Firm and Scorcelli, Rosa & Partners Law Firm.
