Francesco deals with the entire sector of insolvency law, both assisting the Trustee in bankruptcy and assisting the debtor in the other procedures for the solution of insolvency law.
He also gained experience in personal bankrupcty, assisting liquidators in the exercise of their functions and, furthermore, managing the executive phases of these procedures.
Thanks to his previous professional experience, he gained also experience in business contract and civil litigation.
Francesco joined the Firm in January 2022; previously, he worked for a primary law firm in Milan, specializing in insolvency law.
