Francesca Romana manages and estate planning issues within the Family practice.

She specializes in trust law, succession law and the enhancement of family businesses to protect both families and companies.

In these areas, she assists domestic and foreign clients in extrajudicial matters.

Francesca Romana has been a member of the firm since 2024.

Since 1988, she has been a partner and senior partner of the Lupoi law firm with offices in Rome, Milan and Genoa.

Francesca Romana is President of the Association “The Trust in Italy,” the only Italian association that deals with trust education and dissemination in Italy, to which she has been a member of the Register of Accredited Professionals since 2014.

She is President of the Scientific Committee of the Trust Company “Trustee for Trust, Rome”.

She is a member of numerous associations, including the Observatory on “Family Business” of Assoholding, the advisory board of AIFO – Italian Family Officer Association, the “Dopo di Noi” Workshop, HUB led by Sen. Anna Maria Parente.

As legal advisor to Hon. Ileana Argenti, she participated in the report of the law on the so-called “Dopo di noi” (After us) law to protect the weak for the planning of the generational transition.

She is a Professional Trustee qualified for advocacy before the Italian Court for Trust and Fiduciary Relations, and for the Republic of San Marino.

She works, as Consultant, with the “Social Affairs” Commission at the Italian Chamber of Deputies and is responsible for the Support Desk at the IX Municipality of the city of Rome.

She is a speaker at numerous conferences, author of numerous publications as well as a lecturer on trusts in master’s and specialization courses.
