Federica has acquired specialist expertise in real estate law, providing assistance to national and international operators in real estate asset management transactions, including those involving alternative asset class properties and real estate investment transactions.
She also assists operators in the public and private personal services sector, specializing in state and regional regulation of the health, social-health, and social assistance services system, both with regard to issues relating to ordinary management activities and in the context of the construction, acquisition, renovation, and modernization of health and social-health facilities.
Federica has been a member of the firm since 2025.
She previously worked with the international law firm DLA Piper and the law firm ADVANT Nctm.
