Edoardo mainly deals with commercial and company law – on both litigation and non-contentious matters – and assists Italian and international clients on M&A and investment transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues. He also supports Italian and foreign companies with financial instrument offerings, Stock Exchange listings, share capital increases and other extraordinary transactions performed by listed issuers.
Edoardo joined the Law Firm in September, 2017.
