Daniele provides assistance to Italian and international clients on capital markets, corporate and commercial law matters, mainly dealing with Equity Capital Markets transactions, extraordinary transactions, private equity, private and public M&A and commercial contracts. His activity includes assistance on corporate governance and market regulation aspects. He has also developed experience in the real estate sector, with a particular focus on Retail.
Daniele started its collaboration with the Law Firm in 2021.
Prior to joining LCA, he collaborated with the law firm Chiomenti and the law firm Gianni & Origoni, and had a four-year in-house experience within the legal department of the French luxury multinational Kering.
