Carmen specialises in criminal law, with a particular focus on tax, bankruptcy and corporate offences. She has gained specific expertise in offences against the public administration and in occupational safety, thanks to her involvement in criminal proceedings of national importance.

Carmen is an expert in corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, whistleblowing and corporate investigations, having published numerous articles on the subject and collaborated on the drafting of a commentary on Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

She also provides out-of-court assistance in matters of administrative liability of entities, serving as a member of Supervisory Bodies and supporting and coordinating their work. Carmen joined the firm in February 2020, after an internship at Deloitte Legal.
