Carmen has developed significant experience in civil law by collaborating with academic institutions and is the author of various publications and books. She has been a member of the scientific committee of “I Contratti Editore IPSOA” magazine for several years.
In her first years as a lawyer, she worked on M&A transactions and mainly dealt with commercial, corporate and real estate contracts, creating innovative contractual solutions greatly appreciated by the markets. She has mastered and cultivated her skills in the real estate and construction field and in this area she has realized significant operations, (private and public) contracts and concessions.
She has acquired specific and extensive skills and experience in project financing field, providing assistance and out-of-court consultancy for the realization of various hospitals and motorway infrastructures both for public administrations and for individuals. These have ranged from the tender phase to the management of the single phases of the procedure in the complex phases of advertising, up to the awarding, implementation, work testing and the pre- and judicial phases. She has been able to finalize her skills by focusing the problems distinguishing the dynamics and interactions between individuals and entities. A further activity area in which she has experience is the one concerning publicly owned companies, both from a commercial and contractual point of view, real estate investment funds, SGRs, Sicafs and Sicavs.
Carmen joined LCA in December 2021.
Previously, she had worked in professors’ firms and had her own law firm for over 20 years.
